The non-professional dance groups will be choosing a piece from the repertoire of Swiss choreographers to work on with them, and re-examining their creative output. The three-day festival is accompanied by workshops and acts as a forum for exchange and networking. There will also be an appearance by an invited company from France. On the opening evening, Karin Hermes and Tim Rubidge will be presenting the lecture and performance “Sigurd Leeder – Flowing over the Edge” (2017). The call for submissions for the next edition opens on 15 May. The next festival takes place in June 2020 at the Dampfzentrale in Bern.
