Requests for the issuance of a return guarantee 2026

The following requests for the issuance of a return guarantee by Swiss museums have been sent to the Federal Office of Culture. Whoever is a party pursuant to the provisions of the September 20, 1968 Federal Act on Administrative Procedure (SR 172.021), and asserts ownership to the cultural property at issue in accordance with Art. 12, para. 2.a, CPTA, may file an objection in writing to the specialized body within 30 days of publication.
