Technical Index for the Swiss Design Awards Communication and Press
In order to communicate the finalists of the Swiss Design Awards 2026 to the public, we need some information and images for the press, social media, our websites, the exhibition text and the flyer. Please note: the material you send us will be published on the above-mentioned platforms and will remain visible in our online archive.
Please read the instructions and examples carefully before completing the form.
Please write all answers and texts in English. Please do not hesitate to contact us if this causes you any problems. We will be happy to provide you with a translation from one of the national languages.

1. Images for communication and press
Please send us by Dropbox link (see box below) images (photos, illustration, drawings, sketches etc) of your projects that we will use to communicate your projects on the site, on social networks, the publication and for the press collected in one folder.
Please name the files as follows:
E.g.: YourSurname-YourFirstname_Title©PhotographerFirstname-PhotographerLastname_1,2,3,…
- Images/Photos 300dpi
- Maximum 20 images
2. Video: Behind the scene
A video with sound, 30 sec. maximum, vertical format, to be created directly with your smartphone in the style of shorts/reels on social networks.
For example: Video about the creative process, making-of, micro-interview, anecdote, testimonial, details about the materials and objects presented, film about the tools and technology used, mood video.
Be careful not to add music for which you do not hold the copyright.
