Swiss Dance Awards presentation at Théâtre Equilibre in Fribourg on 17 October 2019
The Théâtre Equilibre has been an established partner and venue for the biennial Swiss Dance Awards since 2013. As at previous ceremonies, the day is given over to the Dance Forum, a collaboration between Reso – Dance Network Switzerland, the professional association Danse Suisse and the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia. The evening is moderated by actor and journalist Joséphine de Weck from Fribourg. There will be appearances by this year’s Outstanding Male Dancer Edouard Hue, Marthe Krummenacher, 2017 winner of the Outstanding Female Dancer honour, and 2015 Outstanding Male Dancer Ioannis Mandafounis.
