Davos Declaration and Davos Baukultur process

The Davos Declaration calls for high-quality Baukultur in Europe. As the first internationally recognised policy document, it has served since 2018 as a reminder that building is culture and creates space for culture.

Since 2023, the Davos Baukultur Alliance has been working to improve international cooperation between the economy, administration and civil society in the area of Baukultur.

Many countries in Europe and beyond have developed policies to promote high-quality Baukultur. However, these policies are positioned differently per country.
