The Schweizer Kleinkunstpreis, which has been part of the Swiss Theatre Awards since 2015, was presented on 12 April 2018 at the KKThun cultural and congress centre. Of the three candidates nominated by the KTV ATP, the Federal Theatre Jury chose Les Petits Chanteurs à la Gueule de Bois ahead of Lapsus and Ohne Rolf. Les Petits Chanteurs à la Gueule de Bois were founded some 15 years ago in the Neuchâtel mountains by Lionel Aebischer, Frédéric Erard and Raphaël Pedroli, three passionate musicians whose witty musical theatre spectacles are also aimed at young audiences. Lapsus, a duo from Zurich, serve up multifaceted situational comedy while Ohne Rolf from Lucerne present visual, verbal humour using “world format” posters.
