Rébecca Balestra will showcase her many talents at the opening of the Schweizer Künstlerbörse on 17 April 2024. Julia Reichert will also be involved in several parts of the festival’s programme.

The Schweizer Künstlerbörse is a promotional partner of the Swiss Performing Arts Awards together with Das Tanzfest and the Swiss Theatre Encounter. This year’s opening gala on Wednesday, 17 April will feature performances by the multi-talented, award-winning actress and author Rébecca Balestra as well as Dominic Deville and the yodelling choir Echo vom Eierstock. The evening will be hosted by Jane Mumford and Renato Kaiser in the presence of Federal Councillor Elisabeth Baume-Schneider. Julia Reichert, who won the Swiss Theatre Production award in 2022 together with Piet Baumgartner for EWS – Der einzige Politthriller der Schweiz at the Theater Neumarkt, will offer a five-minute preview of a new production as part of SPOt on 19 April. She will also attend the Exposition+ forum and have a digital profile on the Künstlerbörse website. Find more here (in German, French and Italian): Schweizer Künstlerbörse (kuenstlerboerse.ch)
