The European Fairy Tale Route is an opportunity to explore European culture through stories, myths, folklore and oral traditions. It aims to educate children by conveying to them the fundamental values of Western culture. This route is also an opportunity to discover the places where the plot of the tales takes place. It is represented in Switzerland by the Schweizerische Märchengesellschaft and the Verzasca Valley Museum.
